Outbound Fundraising & Partnerships Expert

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Fundraising & Partnerships Expert to help identify and approach potential donors, philanthropic organizations, family offices, foundations, and relevant partners.
The role combines hands-on outbound campaign management with prospect research, communication, follow-up, and lead qualification.
Responsibilities
- Research and qualify relevant prospects and organizations
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists
- Create and run outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and outreach platforms
- Write and test outreach messages and follow-up sequences
- Personalize communication for selected prospects
- Manage replies, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations
- Assess potential donor, introduction, and partnership opportunities
- Monitor campaign results and suggest improvements to targeting, messaging, and channels
- Coordinate with the founder and team around promising conversations
Requirements
- Relevant experience in outbound prospecting, fundraising outreach, business development, lead generation, or partnerships
- Practical experience with tools such as Lemlist, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, or similar platforms
- Experience creating and managing outbound campaigns and follow-up sequences
- Strong prospect research and lead-qualification skills
- Excellent written English
- Confidence communicating with international and senior-level contacts
- Good judgment regarding tone, personalization, relevance, and follow-up
- An organized, independent, and data-informed approach to work
- Adaptability within a developing, founder-led initiative
Experience with nonprofit fundraising, philanthropy, family offices, foundations, impact investing, or mental health and behavioral science initiatives would be an advantage.
