NoCheapTraffic was born from the realization that if specific types of online ads become too cheap because no one wants to buy them, the ultra low price of 10 to 50 cents for 1000 involuntary website visits will attract mostly bad actors. This is a localized free market failure and it’s basically impossible to solve with regulation.
